7. Prohibited Practices
To maintain a fair and secure trading environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Line Trading (Chamki), Scalping, and Jobbing: Trades aimed at quick profits within 5 minutes are forbidden. Profits from such trades may be removed.
- Use of VPNs or Proxy Servers: Trading via VPN or anonymizing services is not allowed. Trades detected through VPNs may be canceled.
- Cross Orders and Multiple Accounts: Trading multiple accounts from the same IP address or engaging in cross orders is prohibited. Profitable trades may be removed without notice.
- Insider Trading and Market Manipulation: Any form of insider trading, glitter trading, or manipulation is strictly forbidden.
- Group Trading: Group trading without prior written permission from the Company’s administration is prohibited.
- Hedging: Placing offsetting trades to reduce risk (hedging) is not allowed.
- Invalid Orders: Buy stop or sell stop orders placed without an open position or exceeding existing quantities will not be processed.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension, removal of profits, or legal action.
8. Order Execution
- Orders will be executed based on bid/ask prices, not the Last Traded Price (LTP).
- Execution speed and prices may vary due to market conditions and liquidity.
- Stop-loss and other conditional orders will be handled according to the prevailing market prices.
9. Dividends and Bonuses
- Dividends, bonuses, and other benefits will be credited according to the relevant stock exchange circulars and policies.
- These terms are subject to change based on exchange rules and Company discretion.
10. Negative Balance Protection
- The Platform provides protection against negative balances up to a step-out level of 30%.
- If your account balance exceeds this threshold, corrective actions may be taken, including forced liquidation.
11. Technical Issues and Bug Reporting
- Users must report any software bugs or technical issues immediately with their user ID.
- If you are unable to close a position due to a technical problem, notify customer support promptly. Positions will be closed at the current market price (CMP) upon confirmation.
12. Payment and Payouts
- Payments and withdrawals may be subject to delays due to banking or technical issues.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
- Please maintain patience and contact support for assistance if delays occur.
13. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Sharing your account or allowing unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
- The Company will not be liable for losses due to unauthorized access caused by your negligence.
14. Limitation of Liability
- Dabba Trading App provides services “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
